Definitions and Applicability:

Customer: any natural person who enters into an agreement with the Tattoo Artist.

Tattoo Artist: Tattoo CidCaalz, located in Schilderstraat 30A Rotterdam. Chamber of Commerce number: 76844102.

Offers and Agreements:

All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The agreement is established after the Customer's acceptance of the offer and compliance with the conditions set forth.

Prices and Payment:

The prices listed for the services offered are in euros, including VAT and excluding any travel and accommodation expenses. Deposits are non-refundable.

Execution of the Agreement:

The Tattoo Artist shall execute the agreement to the best of their knowledge and ability.

If and insofar as proper execution of the agreement requires, the Tattoo Artist has the right to have certain activities carried out by third parties.

Cancellation and Modification:

If an appointment is cancelled or modified by the Customer, changes must be communicated as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the original appointment.

A deposit is required for each appointment:

No exceptions.

Rescheduling is possible!

Until 48 hours before the appointment.

You can cancel:

Within 1 week before the appointment 50% of your deposit back, or a voucher wotrth your deposit or voucher.

So think carefully if you want to cancel or reschedule.

This is a business NOT a charity case, the same goes for your doctor or dentist!

Health Declaration and Consent:

The Customer is obliged to provide all health information that may be of importance to the Tattoo Artist.

The Customer must sign a consent form confirming their agreement to the tattoo application.

Age:

Tattoos will only be applied to individuals 18 years of age and older. Identification through a valid identification document may be required.

Liability:

The Tattoo Artist is not liable for any damage of any kind caused by the Tattoo Artist relying on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

Intellectual Property:

The copyright, as well as all other intellectual property rights related to the designs, remain the property of the Tattoo Artist.

Complaints:

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the Tattoo Artist within 7 days, fully and clearly described.

Applicable Law:

Dutch law applies to every agreement between the Tattoo Artist and the Customer.

Changes to General Terms and Conditions:

The Tattoo Artist reserves the right to change or supplement these general terms and conditions.
